Susie quickly noticed when she began practicing yoga that she felt calmer, happier, clearer and more present. It became a way of life and has held her steady through the good times, the difficult times and the normal every day times. She decided to become a yoga teacher as she wanted to share that with others and completed her year-long teacher training at Yoga Jo’s in 2018. A class with Susie will incorporate basic yoga postures (asana), flowing movement (vinyasa), breath work (pranayama) and relaxation. You’ll walk out feeling lighter, brighter and ready to face anything.
Hatha Yoga – All Levels – 10-11.15am
A light hearted and enjoyable class, which will develop strength and flexibility in all areas. Moving at a moderate pace linking breath with movement. We will work our way through some standing postures, slow flows, balances, seated postures, twists, hip and heart openers. The class is suitable for all levels and will encourage a feeling of increased wellbeing. 
Gentle Hatha Yoga – Beginner – 11.45-1pm
This class is a good place to start for beginners and will develop strength and flexibility in all areas. Introducing some basic asana (postures), breathing and movement. The pace will be gentle with a little challenge thrown in for good measure. The class size is small which is ideal for building confidence on the mat. The aim of the class is to bring movement to the body and stillness to the mind. 
£30 for a block of 4 classes (6 students max per class)
